Why did you pick this product vs others?: Perfect for an Insalatta Caprese, especially with Mozzarella di Bufalo. I prefer the Reggio Emilia balsamic to that of Modena.

E' un aceto balsamico strepitoso, conviene questo tipo di invecchiamento aragosta perchè è un pò meno denso degli altri due, costa molto meno e amalgama meglio gli alimenti dove goccia a goccia lo utilizzi.
