Used these for a week and as someone with allergies I'll usually have tissues in every room and use them daily (maybe 3 in the morning, 2-5 throughout day, 4+ at night) and these gave me a dry rough nose by the end of the week.For reference I normally use the regular large rectangle box kleenex from costco, so nothing fancy, but these are notably rougher.
