I like that the bars are made of real wood and the platform connections don’t depend on pre-drilled holes in particle board. I got a set of 6 full spectrum light plates separately and my husband put the whole thing together (it did take some time to zip tie all the lights and wires in place so it didn’t look messy, so don’t rush that part). Probably cost $50 altogether; still way less than other options, and seems much more stable and well-lit. My only negative is that some of the lower shelves are a little short (as you can see I put a couple storage boxes in the shortest spaces because most of my plants are bigger than those heights allow), but overall I’m super happy with how well it works and looks.
