It’s a three-story house and had to go all the way down to the first floor and there’s no reason that we should have to do this. These things are supposed to be better than the old style non-smart smoke detectors. I had to uninstall all of these in order to get the sound to stop. This is an absolutely terrible product. I wish I could get my money back. I waited way too long to leave this type of review. It’s been about a year now. Not only does it have wifi and app alerts, it also monitors your indoor air quality and shows you the total VOC's in ppb. I immediately paid for the subscription, very cheap and now I'm getting an idea of what's going on in the house. It turned out to be very useful and it alerts me when the VOC's get too high. So now I'm on the hunt for why our voc's are jumping up and down.
