So I wake up and on my empty stomache I usually poor 3 scoops and a small amount of juice and I use an electric frother. This stops the product from being clumpy or gewy. I recommend buying a good brother and I do that and it does froth up a lot. Then I add my juice all the way to the top of my cup and I wait about 5 minutes for the Fisk to go down. Works like a charm. I toss it back and go about my day. At nighttime my skin knows if I’ve had my colustrum, after washing my face I have a glow I never had amc my redness has decreased immensely. If I were a first time buyer I would start with the travel packs and try those give it 3-6 days to show and see how your stomachs reacts to the new product because like anything else this is a supplement and everyone’s body is different.
