That being said - I don’t regret the purchase.This chair arrived today, and honestly I was shocked at how easy it was to assemble. You screw in four plastic legs onto the base of the chair, and literally just slide the back part of the chair on. No tools needed, no calling a mechanical friend- easy to assemble. I put the chair together faster than it took to get the box in the house, or to get the chair out of the box.It’s also very comfortable. Both my boyfriend and I are heavy set- and it was important to us to find a chair that he felt comfortable in. We both feel comfortable, and it’s well padded, and we can recline in it without worry due to its weight capacities. However- the chair is fairly small. The back doesn’t go up especially high, but should be tall enough for anyone around 6ft and under in height. It’s also narrow, with padded narrow arm rests that are comfortable, but add to the smaller, less recliner like part of the chair.Honestly- we needed a chair in the living room. Just a place for someone to sit when the couch is overly full. We have limited space- so it’s perfect for us. Comfortable, holds a high amount of weight for us or guests, doesn’t take up a lot of space…. I just don’t like that it was advertised as more of a “recliner” vs what it is.
