By some miracle I was able to convince a few people that the random squiggle was a "safety rope" and not a tentacle and they didn't end up guessing me. The rules are a little fuzzy for this play because once you make your guess and the person reveals what their card was, the actual sunken sailor KNOWS the word and can't earn extra points. You could probably have everyone write down their guess of who it is and what the drawing is to get around this but it might be tedious. We also played several rounds with the traditional rules and it was also really fun. I felt like the instructions were a little confusing, for some reason I thought we'd all be drawing at the same time? But actually its one person at a time, drawing in secret. This game is nice because you all can still chat while the one person is drawing. Review: Good nights play - We loved playing this game. The only problem is how few sets are in it. We had gone through all the cards in just a few nights playing. But we definitely liked the game. We played with six players. A good family game over the age of eight or nine.
