It fits my hands perfectly. I wear M on these, but S on Pearl Izumi.Enough padding, but not too much for road bike. The ease of removal is one of the most important feature for me. There's reflective paint on the 3rd and 4th fingers, they wear out eventually, but it was probably because I scratch it against my jeans' pockets very often. The mesh on the back help with keeping the hands cool, but they are glued on and would eventually detach from the fabric. The solution would be to glue / stitch them back.
