I have purchased three of these watches. Customer service excellent! I contacted the company and asked for a replacement band when one of the clasps broke. They were very prompt and courteous and resolving the issue. The watch holds a battery charge for a long time, and is easily recharged from any USB port. 10 vibrating alarms can be set. I have found these very useful to remind me to take my medication. I use the alarm function for everything from timing bread in the oven to timing my meditation hour. The time, alarms, and timer functions are easy to set. I love the fact that they vibrate instead of making noise.

Got the watch for our son and has been a real help with his potty training. Few weeks ago one of the button stopped working. Emailed the seller with video proof that the watch works, charges, but since one of the button doesn't work was not able to set timer, time or unlock. The seller was very responsive and immediately sent us a new watch as a replacement at no cost which arrived in a about week. Will recommend.
