Knowing what I know I would buy the rack just for the customer service. Had a piece missing and they were great. Had the piece in 2-3 days. That being said the rack is fantastic. I researched for days trying to decide which one to get. I chose this one based upon the reviews and that it was the smallest footprint (which I needed). The pros of this rack are many. First of all this is really easy to put together. Followed the instructions and did it by myself. Took about 4 hours and had to make some adjustments but was able to do it myself. If you are looking for a commercial piece of equipment this is not it. However, this is a really great piece of equipment. It is very sturdy, very well made, and really very solid. Any exercise that you can think of you can do on this piece of equipment. The pulley system is very nice and works very well. Only con is that the lat bar is not wide enough and bot a new one. The attachments are not commercial grade but they work just fine. Overall this is a really great piece of equipment and I have been using it for about 2 weeks now.
