At any rate, it only took me part of an evening to chase down enough information and example code to be able to write my own code for it for a Raspberry Pi project, and I am quite pleased with what the device delivers. Review: Works with K-type Thermocouple - I bought a K-type thermocouple to use with an Arduino and this to measure a popcorn maker temperature. I had to put connectors on the ends of the thermocouple because this is not the right spacing for the thermocouple-type connectors. You'll likely need to put your own connectors on any thermocouple to use with this device, just FYI.
