Screen went black, and phone became completely dead even though the phone was fully charged. Only had the phone for an hour or two, and was just going through normal commissioning process. I hadn't got to the stage to actually use it. Phone could not be restarted by any means that I tried including all the normal tricks referred to on youtube help sites and the Blackview help site that I had to trawl for. I have had to return the product.Could possibly be a one-off fault, but suspect this is something systematic triggered by an AI response to data transfer. I wouldn't expect a hardware fault with a new phone, but if it is a physical fault then it suggests a lack of quality control with the manufacture. Annoying that the functionality of the product looked very good, but I didn't get a chance to use it.I have a Blackview A60 phone that has always worked well, so I was surprised this phone upgrade didn't meet my expectations.
