It is by far one of the best purchases I've made. Works exactly as advertised. Very easy for a 64 YO man to EASILY leverage up the front end. Once lifted and locked mower was very secure. I tried shaking the mower front end side to side and pushed down on front end (I don't recommend this of course!) and it didn't budge.
