I take this with Benadryl (booster) each night to aid autoimmune response. I haven't gotten the normal amount of infections as usual for the past year and a half. Appears to have helped significantly. Priced a bit high; will keep an eye on this brand to see if the price goes any higher.

It's always hard to tell how effective a supplement is but I do like these. They are easy to swallow and appear to have enough of the main thing I take them for in them.

The media could not be loaded. Good quality, potent, larger soft gel but easy to swallow. Increased energy which was my main desire when purchasing. Best taken a little before meals, I was excited for the benefits so I never really forgot.

Good product...Got my wife's iron level up & mine too without getting ferritin too high.Unfortunately, a couple bottles had caps stuck together. I was able to pry one set ofcaps apart after cutting the bottle open; I had to blend the other & make a LF slurry toadd to shakes.

Works for me. (At least I think so.)

Pills were stuck together very disappointing
