I got both serum and shampoo and I’m lazy enough to not use serum. I use shampoo twice a week and the first 2 weeks i noticed my hair shinier and silkier than my regular shampoo. For me it worked, i would highly encourage people to give it a try and see if it works for them. I guess using serum would have helped more. For now I’m happy and I’ll order again as soon as this quantity is done. Also, the bottle looks as if it wont last many days but i use two pumps per wash, 2 washes each time=4 pumps, meaning 8 pumps in a week.
