I’m 5’1” and it came to just below my knees. Ordered a 2x by following the size chart and I *probably* could have gotten away with a 1x but I’m overall very pleased. Review: Comfortable dress - I was reluctant to purchase a dress online. I've heard some horror stories about some online retailers. The skirt starts at the waist, so there isn't too much concern about it not fitting at the hips or thighs. I am 5'9" and currently 190 pounds, the dress fit well. The only complaint that I have is that the skirt hem is just above the knee. I'd prefer a little more length, but that's my preference. I don't understand why there is a zipper on the dress. It runs along the right side from the armpit to the waist. I was able to pull the dress over my head, so the zipper is unnecessary. The only thing my husband and I can think of to explain the purpose of the zipper is to make bra removal easier while wearing the dress. Otherwise it seems to be pointless. Sometime you take the risk on here and the dress is too small of see through or weirdly stitched. This dress is simple, no nonsense, comfortable. It’s got a bit of a 90’s stretchy short sleeve cut on the top. Washed twice no problem. My only wish is the pockets would be a little deeper.
