I really like these vegetable based protein drinks, as they are a thinner consistency. Easy to drink without that milky, phlegm feeling. Clean - not like a milk shake. Less sweet - you can add more if you like. I bought because I have to be on a liquid diet after a laser periodontal cleaning (below the gums). I drink half, add some unsweetened soy milk, and some cinnamon/sugar and enjoy a "cafe Vienna", and get a nice feeling of fullness, as a meal replacement, for my 3 day need, for each of 2 weeks. I will keep on my wish list for future purchases.

Good dairy free and gluten free vegan protein with a lot of vitamins and clean ingredients!!! I always take one to work so I can replace one small meal until I get home. The coffee flavor is amazing and feels like a healthy iced coffee when you drink it iced in the summer.
