It has dowls with wood glue for extra security and was easy to follow the step by step instructions. I didn't know how to put furniture together until recently and this was as easy as anything else. Once you get the hang of the instructions it's all basically the same thing. It was a really great value, it looks beautiful, and it's exactly what I was looking for. The photos are with my 50 inch TV, not the 75, just for reference.
