I guess that is why they mention 21 inch. I had no idea that these were different or that there were different sizes so that really should be mentioned in the description. Yes, they did say 21 inch but they didn't say it wasn't the traditional size and that would be extremely helpful. I ended up returning this item. You get what you pay for!
