It has the usual step moniter with a number of preset workouts +heart rate/blood O2 and B.P, though in my case the B.P reads much higher than my actual pressure. Battery life is very good, I get 5 days between charges. All in all for the cost I'm more than happy.

For the price this fitness tracker/watch is spot on. It has the usual step moniter with a number of preset workouts +heart rate/blood O2 and B.P, though in my case the B.P reads much higher than my actual pressure. Battery life is very good, I get 5 days between charges. All in all for the cost I'm more than happy.

Absolutely love this watch. Definite value for money. The quality of the watch is great. I will never be spending money on more expensive brands again.
