**Q: In the case of the black version, are the hands glossy black or matt black?**
A: Sorry can’t remember as I just used my existing hands   Think they were shiny  but…

**Q: Hi can I check the overall depth of the item including case and shaft?**
A: The battery case is about 1.8 cm then the shaft with hands are 2 cm 
My clock was 1cm thick so the width of your clock would need to be taken into account  but I needed to have the long shaft for the hands to be able to clear the raised numbers.  Hope all that helps

**Q: What is the diameter of the centre hole to fit spindle into?**
A: I think its 10mm

**Q: Can it be used outdoors?**
A: Yes it can, however my replacement has been very disappointing as it sticks when going past the hour.
