We spend anywhere from an hour to two and a half hours hand sewing in our cinching sheets design and hand stringing in both braided and cord elastics into our sheets. It takes even more USA seamstress labor from our small shop to sew in our jersey material and flex square reinforcement to make this size sheet - Split Flex Top King - that does't rip in the stress center like other sheet designs and fits snug.
