Perhaps they think their main customer are trained hairdressers who only need instruction on using the tool? Huge missed opportunity to provide better instructions for amateurs learning to cut hair at home. Overall, my results were poor. You are better off watching basic haircutting videos and just using a big comb with your clippers.
