The tea leaves are grown on a field in Bosung, which was shaded for 3 weeks before harvest. Small tender tea leaves are gently milled in a stone mill; therefore, there is no loss of their valuable nutrients. How make a tasty matcha tea:  1. About 1g (~1/2 tsp) of matcha with a little water, knead ( with bamboo whisk) until a smooth paste forms. 2. And then add 70-80ml of 70-80ºC hot water and stirre until desired consistency. 3.
