I sleep on my stomach, side and back and am a very restless sleeper. The Ombracio is comfortable in all those positions. I am very small, 5'3, 8st, and disagree that this pillow is only for taller people as it can be shaped to a certain degree and turned to accommodate just about anyone in any position. It really is a very innovative design. The weight of my upper body compresses the pillow when I sleep on my stomach, so the height of the pillow does not make any difference. If I had to criticise one aspect, it would be the netting on the side, it feels very scratchy on bare skin. This can easily be remedied with a pillowcase. All in all I have made the right choice and could recommend it. Why is this item not available in the UK, do Brits not deserve a good night's sleep? ### ⭐ Very disappointed *by S***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 September 2016* I have been looking for this pillow for such a long time. I bought it on here because it is much cheaper than in shops. However after a week of using it, I developed a pain in my shoulder. I did not pay too much attention to it thinking I had just pulled a muscle. I noticed though that although the pillow is made mostly for people who sleep on their tummy,that it is quite high for such a pillow. I stopped using it for a week and I gave it another go.Unfortunately, a few days later, same thing happened, same muscle pain but worse. I carried on using it and after this muscle pain, I started having a bad neck. The pain became so bad that I had to go to the GP who believes it is the pillow's fault. I am under pain-killers and have to do 6 physio sessions.
