I have no issues with them while doing the workout. Loved that they came with a DVD. ### ⭐ Poorly Designed and Useless Weighted Gloves. *by M***. on April 11, 2020* I purchased these gloves to use with my Strike kickboxing videos where 1 pound weighted gloves are used to intensify the workout. The first thing I noticed after opening the box was that one of the gloves had dirt smudges on it (as if it had been previously worn), even though these were supposed to be new. Since I knew they would be getting sweaty from me exercising, I decided to let it go. However, when I put the gloves on, I was surprised at how tight the fit was at the wrist. I am lean and my wrist are very thin (size small), but I still felt like I could possibly tear these gloves trying to fit them over my wrist. Then, I noticed how loose they felt around my thumb and palm area. No matter how tight I tried to adjust the velcro, the glove still felt loose. I decided to give them a try since I already had my workout set up, but within 15 minutes I was annoyed and pulling them off. The sand/gloves shifted up and down, left and right (basically all over the place), while I was punching, and it was so aggravating and distracting I had to rip them off. Please take my advice and don't bother with purchasing these gloves. They're a huge waste of time and money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good workout *by C***E on October 5, 2013* I was hoping that I would get more of an upper body workout since this DVD came with gloves. Overall, this gets my heart rate up and keeps it there throughout the workout. I feel like I get a really good workout during the 20 minutes. I use it once or twice a week in addition to other workouts.
