I could no longer wear my Apple Watch bc the morons over at Apple put metals in the watch that many people react to, including me. I developed an allergy over time from wearing the watch. The red nasty rash would take weeks and sometimes months to go away. This cream works me. I like to workout and sweat pretty hard while wearing my watch to monitor my heart. I put a good amount of cream on my skin (less didn’t work well for me) and only wait a couple of minutes before putting on my watch. I have to remove the watch as soon as I finish my workout and wash my wrist and watch thoroughly or I might still get a small spot of irritation. I think this is necessary bc I sweat so much during the workout. I’m going to try wearing the watch longer minus the workout sweat and see how the cream holds up.
