You just hit the movement button instead of the “on” button if you just want the rocking on. The music does change every 3 minutes (exactly, I timed it). So that’s a bummer. Haven’t used the vibrating part. The other bummer is the side that zips down, doesn’t go far and isn’t open netting, wish it was open netting like the other side, I’d feel better about it with my baby rolling. She’s an active sleeper so I always put her further from the zipper side so she has room to go to her side without going right to the cloth edge.
