STEP 2 Take turns answering the question on the middle of the card. Enjoy a fulfilling conversation and learn more about your colleagues, being sure to share about yourself too! STEP 3 Flip the double-sided card and repeat step 2. STEP 4 Pass the deck to someone else and repeat all steps. Use the divider card to set aside used cards and avoid repeating questions. How to Play This or That Draw a random card and rotate it to ask the (1) This or (2) That prompts on the sides of the card to the player on your left. Everyone guesses what the asked player will choose. It's a fun challenge to see how well you really know someone and how they think. When everyone is ready, count "1, 2, 3." and on "go!" everyone puts out either 1 finger for This or 2 fingers for That. Have fun discussing the results and seeing who guessed correctly.
