It is nothing like any crossword I have ever seen. It contains lists of 2 letter words. 3 letter words, so forth. I guess you are supposed to fit the words into the puzzle grid. I don't know. it has little if nothing to do with grey's anatomy. It is horrible. A total waste of money. It seemed like it would be great. I'm a Big fan of Grey's Anatomy and I have to say I was looking for a challenging puzzle book while I'm camping this summer. Maybe I can use this to swat the mosquitoes because it will likely hold my attention that long. The first few pages are a list of cast and character names - but they are spaced out so much that it's impossible to really see the actor and the character name together. It's one name per line with double space between the first name and last name. The puzzles are lame too - with no trivia to be found the name is deceptive. I will probably do some of the word searches - but after you look for a name one time you don't want to do it in the next 10+ puzzles.
