Review: Rusty - I have had these pans for 5 months and they had been great up until 20 days ago, when they started becoming rusty and the non-stick coating does not work anymore. **Q: How deep are these (top to bottom)?**
A: The bread pans are 2 and 3/4 inches deep, if you measure on the perpendicular. The sides have a slight outward slope to them so if you measure along the slope, it adds a few millimeters to the height. The slight slope helps the bread make a smooth exit from the pan.

**Q: What is the top Interior size. Not overall size**
A: 11 3/4 x4 1/2 inches (at the top) with the over all size they will fit in my toaster oven with just a little space between them.. But I had to bend the handles up to do it and they worked fine.. I do 1 rise in the pan so the bread will crown high over the top and half way I have to put foil over the top so there not cooked to much on the top.. With the size and the length I was afraid it would not cook in the middle but it was fine coming out soft and fluffy .. You have to make the dough for 3 loafs of normal pans to make 2 loafs in these..  (it is easier to store leaving more space in my bread box)

**Q: Which is the max oven temperature?**
A: They are very good quality baking pan i very satisfied most I used for baking bread which temperature is 450f  baking for one hour.Very easy take out nothing stick in the bottom or sides don’t need baking paper or butter before baking.So far I’m not use for baking otner things.This baking pan is worth money and after baked it looks how new .Definitely I recommend this product and is worth to waiting for them ,takes longer for delivery.

**Q: Can a person use for baking an angel food cake without it spilling out onto the oven?**
A: I bake a good bit, but I've never baked angel food cake. I thought angel food was always baked in a large round pan, deep, with a large circular stem in the center. The pans shown here are specifically made for bread so I don't think they would work for angel food cake.

I have had these pans for 5 months and they had been great up until 20 days ago, when they started becoming rusty and the non-stick coating does not work anymore. I have handwashed them with care and never scrubbed them hard, so it doesn't make any sense. Each time now, the rust becomes worse. Last time I baked bread, which was yesterday, the rust even came out on the bread... It's a pity because they are the perfect size for my cakes and bread.

These are great. I use Pam olive oil spray before baking and they work fantastic. Wash with warm soapy water, a soft cloth and dry right away to avoid rusting. Also I wouldn’t use them for anything higher than 400o F in the oven. But awesome bread out of these!!!
