I used the foot massager often for a month and then the rotating massagers stopped moving. The window to return/replace had just closed so I contacted the company directly and they quickly responded. They were quick to help verify that the product wasn't working and then send a replacement for free with fast shipping. The product itself works very well. I enjoy the squeezing of the feet in addition to the massaging. The product is very light weight and the lining is removable so it can be washed if needed. My only complaint is that I wish it massaged the entire foot. Nothing massages past the ball of the foot and the part on the heal really just presses up against it but doesn't do a great deal. I would love the rotating massagers that are currently in the middle to instead be the entirety of the foot. However, this is shown in the description online so it's not as if there was false advertising. To get more massage in different area of my foot I just change my foot position in the product.
