I ordered one which got lost in the post and I enquired the seller about it who immediately offered to send me another free of charge.. Which I wasn't expecting at all. So thank you for that and extra star for it :)The coat does look quite big and bulky on me (I am 5"7 and slim) and I haven't worn it as much as I would have liked to. The colour is pitch black which was what I wanted.. Sometimes you see black garments that look quite washed out and grey, which isn't the case with this... I felt the hook was a little too high than shown on the images and I was expecting the fur to be softer, but it is a good coat for it's price.
