    Will not teach you how to meditate

If you are looking for step by step guide to meditation it's probably more usefull to read e.g. "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself". This tiny little book can give you a really good motivation though and as all Neville's books remind of the powers hidden in your subconscious mind. As it's very short book you can come back to it as often as you wish.

I love Neville Goddard's work!!!! but this was a complete RIP OFF!! -! I think there is about 6 pages of bigggg writing in it to pad it out. Disgrace. Cost me £5.79 You'll get this information in his other books.  How this was ever classed a book I'll never know. Again it's a disgrace.
