I thought I would give my thoughts. Definitely sturdy enough for me at 75kg but the bench is light weight. So If u want to lean on bench at a weird angle it will move. It wont break but might slide around. For price this is a great bench but if your buying bench cause it comes with some elastic bands too then just letting u know the bands are pretty useless way too long and not that good.
