For starters the mats are over two feet long, way too big for most home microwaves. Just get a regular plastic cover if you want to cover your soup bowl. I think it’s just too thick to stay stuck. We had really heavy items sitting on it for 24 hours and within a day, most of them were unstuck. But even without that, I would still buy it again because it’s perfect for our kitchen buffet that we have our Air Fryer on. What I love is that it allows you to see the actual counter part versus being a totally different color.
