They are easy to handle and do not require a lot of hand strength to use. I have only had them for a short time, so I do not know if they will remain sharp, but so far I have used them on pork, beef, chicken, fish and steak. I have been surprised at how easily they cut meat into even and neat slices, without any trace of the tearing or ragged edges that I have had with other knives. The knives are substantial and good quality, easy to use, well packaged. They are expensive but reasonable priced. They clean very easily. I am very satisfied with this product.

I've been searching for well-crafted steak knives at a reasonable price, and these finally hit the mark. They're razor-sharp, have a satisfying weight and perfect balance, and feel great in the hand.
