Its incredible strength prevents warping and dampens the heat when moving pizzas and baked goods to and from an oven/grill. Care instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water. Scrape off excess food or crumbs with a soft sponge. Dry immediately. Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe. After cleaning, remove the handle for easy storage.
