Mounts with drawstring and hook and loop.

Review: Fits well, love the phone pouch & it does help w range! - I purchased the medium for my 2022 mokwheel torplus electric bike & it fits perfectly around my battery which goes into the down tube! I love the phone pouch because not only does it keep your phone secure but it also keeps your phone battery insulated in the cold helping to protect that as well. I have a Galaxy 23 ultra and I will say the phone pocket is a little bit snug I have to stretch the pocket while I slide my phone in with the case still on but it does still fit. I did notice that I got about 10% better range and when I brought my battery in I did not have to wait long before i charged it because it was not frozen cold like usual. The velcro is very wide and it's secures strongly and the neoprene material is a good thickness and of good quality. Thank you for a great product!

Works great but I have a bottle holder installed on the fork so I will have to cut a slot on the battery cover to make it fit.
