However recently I had problems with sore ankles so decided to try these Altras with a bit more cushioning, but still with wide toe box. I'm really liking them. Just a bit easier on the ankle joints, but not these horrible super bouncy thing that feel like trying to run on a trampoline. They look good to me and seem well made. Five stars.
