A: Measure the top down the side , but don't include the wheels. I ordered 30" as my suitcase is 29". Haven't used them yet.

I have a brand new Beis luggage, the large roller one. All their covers are sold out and I have a trip coming up. Bought this one to protect the luggage meanwhile I wait for Beis covers to be stocked again. It fit well and it gives it full protection. The only con is that the openings are a bit wide but not a deal breaker. Hopefully it lasts during the trip!
