A.C. Legg Old Plantation Seasonings - Blend NS4 - Pork Sausage Seasoning with No Sage

## Features

- A mild pork sausage seasoning that contains no sage. It is replaced by nutmeg and ginger for a more delicate flavor.
- One 8oz bag correctly seasons 25lbs of meat.
- Suggested directions: Coarse grind 25lbs of meat through 1/2" plate. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning, and up to 12oz of water (if desired). Mix for 2 minutes. Regrind through 3/16" plate. Package in bulk or stuff into casings.
- Legg's exclusive high-barrier, multi-wall packaging protects the seasoning's freshness and flavor for at least 12 months. No MSG!

I am sure the product is great to season pork to make sausage. I bought this to try and make a textured soy product taste like pork sausage. The only thing missing is the taste of pork. Once I get that figured out I am sure this will work fine.
