I actually researched this exact question when I made my purchase and the 559 are the ones that have the greatest room in the posterior. All the others are medium. **Q: Are these pre-shrunk or shrink-to-fit?** A: Pre shrunk . Great fit **Q: Are these shrink to fit?** A: There is no shrink after washing. **Q: stretch 501s, the Rose and Walsh, are they stretchy or i received fake ones? bought both and they don't stretch at all, feel like normal non stretch** A: Some washes are now offered in “stretch” you can tell which are and which are not by looking at the materials used. If it lists 100% Cotton then they are NOT stretch.
