The fabric is fairly thin and some of the stitching inside is a little bit scratchy but it keeps the heat in so well! I can even shuffle around with my feet in the end of the tail which has meant not getting cold going into the kitchen.It was actually supposed to be for my teenage son but it was baggier than he wanted (I think he wanted it to be actually mermaid-like) but it’s great for me. For reference, I’m around a size 18-20 on the hips and it’s snug enough to stay in place but definitely not tight. (FYI it’s not stretchy)

Could be a more generous size

These are absolutely gorgeous little mermaid tails. So soft, colourful and love the metallic scales on them. My girls love them. I've dropped a star because they are quite small. My 8 year old would have been better with the adult size. Probably my own fault for not checking measurements, but it should maybe have an up to age 8/9 on them?! Other than that they're super and my girls absolutely love them

Bought for my granddaughter She hasn’t had it yet but if she doesn’t want il have it back. It is so soft and cosy

Girly, fluffy, sparkly, fun, not too expensive - what more could you want?Only downside is that it is only just about long enough for my (tall) 10 year old to get it up to her hips, so she'll have grown out of it soon. Perfect for my 4 year old though! Therefore recommend for the average 10 year old or under.

Really nice but prob slightly over priced. It’s colourful, more snug and smaller than I expected but it’s very pretty my daughter (6) loves it, it fits her nicely although she quite a slim child and tall for her age, it comes up to her chest. Had to order twice over the Xmas period as they sent the wrong item initially-not the best when it was Xmas present.
