Plan where you want the grips to go, I had a mixture so I can train my daughter in all manner of cat-burglary. Use a good quality auger bit, I think 12mm???? to drill the holes. Don't forget (for you non-DIY types) to out a sacrificial piece of wood under the drill point, otherwise you'll take big chunks out of the reverse. Then, take the captive nut thingy and whack it in the hole, use a 'tool of varying pressure' i.e. soft-faced mallet. Then screw the grip with the Allen bolt through from the other side (into grippy nut thingy). Then, to stop them twisting, fix the supplied screw into the little hole (there's a joke in there somewhere). Job done, they've got a good solid feel to them, great colours and lots of fun to use. Highly recommended. Buy with confidence as I say on a well-known online auction site. Good even selection of colours and shapes. Different shapes provide different challenges. Bit of a problem as one hold broke during installation, but the seller responded to my email instantly and has agreed to send not just one replacement, but a selection of five, to ensure we get the right shape. Very good customer service.
