I can answer my phone from my watch which helps if your phone is in your pocket! This watch has activity monitors and one of them is to remind me to drink to stay hydrated, take a break, and if water gets in/on watch it notifies you to shake it to get rid of the water 💧 plus there are other notifications that I haven't looked into or used. It's good not too complicated. The battery lasts a few days too. It's not as good as the Apple watch but for the price it's an absolute should have to get used to the idea.
