**Q: size 6 boots what size ice grip should I b ordering?**
A: If you are wearing on a basic shoe Small. It needs to be a tight fit

**Q: Are you able to walk even if there is no ice ? would they get clogged ? which size is for winter boots ? thanks!!**
A: The point of wearing them is to not slide. You don’t really need them in soft snow.  

Size is an issue. I’m a uk size 5 and I buy the extra large size. I have a male friend who says they don’t make them big enough for bigger feet. 

For me, they are excellent and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

**Q: Would these be any good for walking on slippery wet mud, or would they get clogged up with leaves?**
A: No for ice and snow

**Q: Can you run with these**
A: I don't know.  I wore them once and they were so noisy I gave up on them.
