We always had a jar in the cupboard for the occasional recipe, but I always found it overly sweet and sickly without any real flavour.This honey completely blew me away! It is so so much better than an average supermarket honey, it isn't as sickly sweet, and has the most wonderful aroma and flavour. I really can't recommend it enough! I can't wait to try out the other Black Bee varieties!
