My partner can’t even cut them at times. I’ve always assumed that a bread knife is a bread knife, but I thought I’d venture a bit more as I’d invested in another Zwilling Pro knife that was very good. The difference from a ‘normal’ bread knife is amazing. It may not be the best bread knife in the world, but it cuts through the toughest bread with ease.
