I contacted the company through Amazon and they promptly reshupled new paint. I would recommend this paint by number ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Just OK. *by J***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2021* This is the first paint by numbers I have ever done. I like the product and idea. It makes painting easy and stress free. I did about 30% of the painting in two sittings (about 5 or 6 hours total).I dislike: The canvas you paint on is rough, not smooth, making it somewhat difficult to spread the paint. The rough canvas also makes covering each area hard to accomplish, and I have to go back after the first coat of paint is dry to try and fill in white spots. If the canvas was smoother it would make it easier to spread the paint, and the finished product would look better. Right now it looks good when viewing from a distance, but once you get close you can see the lack of precision with the lines and white spots that are not covered. Also, with the darker paint it drys uneven and looks splotchy instead of a smooth even color. The light colors - it is less noticeable.Overall, t is OK. Would have preferred to have something that would look decent in the end. Not so sure this will look good when finished.
